Due to the nature of our products (fresh, perishable food), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mimimealzco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, as all meals are prepared fresh to order.
